We process all our orders within 1-3 business days. We ask you allow an additional 14 days for your order to reach your doorstep. Please note all products in high demand or orders placed right before a product is marked as sold out may require an extra 5-10 days for production.

Our fullfillment center operates Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Once your item is officially shipped assuming there is no issues with fullfillment you will have a tracking number sent to your email. At which point you can input your number on our Tracking Page to view info about your packages whereabouts live from our carrier!

Of course you can! Assuming your order hasn't yet shipped, contact us at the earliest convenience so we can change any info entered incorrectly to ensure you get your order without any problems.

We get fresh batches of stock ready to ship weekly to ensure you receive any order placed with us in a timely manor. However most of our items are collaboration pieces, and as such will not be restocked once they're gone. We highly recommend grabbing your favorite pieces while they're available and on sale!
